As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module to optimize our clients' HR processes especially in Time Tracking area. You will collaborate on projects with Zalaris clients, analyze their HR requirements and provide expert guidance. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation. Twoje zadania
- 1 SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module configuration and customization especially Time Tracking solution;
- 2 Defining the problem statement, evaluating the solution options, and making recommendations;
- 3 Developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure accuracy of configured solutions;
- 4 Ongoing monitoring whether the implementation is aligned with blueprints;
- 5 Conducting end-user training sessions and creating user documentation to ensure smooth transition and adoption of changes;
- 6 Keeping relationship with other SuccesFactors consultants and communication various functional teams and departments in the organization.
Co jest dla nas ważne
- Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core experience;
- Minimum 1 year of Time Tracking solution experience;
- Minimum 1 full implementation of SF Employee Central Time Tracking solution;
- Knowledge of EC Time-off implementation;
- Knowledge in the additional SF modules will be consider as an advantage;
- Knowledge of integrations will be considered as an advantage.
Docenimy
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience;
- Certification of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with Time Tracking solution;
- Professional proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills which enable to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customer;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
- Accountability for actions, particularly in times of stress;
- Commitment and determination in solving problems;
- Candidate must be located in Poland.
